Service Agreement

CallMeDrunk provides designated driver services in London, Ontario. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Service Description

• 24/7 designated driver service
• Corporate event transportation
• Special event shuttles
• Airport and casino runs
• Golf course service
• Night-out/hangout rides
• Seasonal and holiday packages

Pricing and Payment

• Base fare of $50 for the first 16.09 km (10 miles)
• Additional distance charged at $2 per mile
• Payment required at the time of booking or service completion
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Ensure vehicle is in operational condition
• Maintain valid vehicle insurance
• Treat drivers with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Insurance and Liability

2383814 Ontario Inc. o/a CallMeDrunk maintains comprehensive general liability insurance, including a non-owned auto rider. However:

• Users must maintain their own valid vehicle insurance
• We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law

Service Availability

While we operate 24/7, service availability may be affected by demand, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge.
